  • Virtual Consultation (50 minutes)

    A guided session for clients seeking quick, professional advice on layouts, finishes, or design direction. Perfect before starting a renovation or redecoration.

  • Design Consultation (Gold, Platinum, Premium)

    Our signature packages, tailored per room. From mood boards and spatial planning to full 3D visualisation and on-site styling, crafted to match your lifestyle, aesthetic, and budget.

  • E-Design

    For remote clients or those outside Abuja, our virtual design concept offers complete creative direction: digital mood board, space plan, and curated colour palette delivered remotely.

Design Support

Because not every project needs to start from scratch — sometimes you just need a designer by your side.

  • Designer for a Day

    A focused, one-day experience for furniture, finishes, or material selections. Ideal for clients managing their own project but seeking professional direction and cohesion. (Up to 6 hours)

  • Designer by Your Side

    Ongoing design guidance without a long-term contract. Perfect for clients who want expert input throughout their renovation or new build. (Up to 20 billable hours)

The finer layers that bring spaces to life: light, proportion, and craftsmanship.

  • Custom Design & Turnkey Project Management

    From initial construction phase to handover - we oversee every layer: design, contractor coordination, procurement, and styling.

Procurement & Supervision

Following design approval, AD Design can manage furniture sourcing, vendor coordination, and installation to maintain design integrity.

  • Procurement Fee: 15% on all items purchased through AD Design (furniture, fittings, lighting, accessories)

  • Excludes: Contractor labour such as plumbing, tiling, electrical, or carpentry.

  • Clients may choose to:

    1. Have AD Design manage both procurement and supervision (percentage applies).

    2. Procure items independently using their own craftsmen (supervision billed per visit).

    3. Combine both options — percentage applies only to AD Design-managed purchases; supervision billed separately.

    Site Supervision: ₦150,000 per visit within Abuja (unless otherwise included in design package).

    Travel outside Abuja is billed separately.

Our methodology

Step 1: Programming

Data collection and processing: objectives, conditions, personalities, scope, timelines, budget. First consultation/ meeting.

Step 2: Design Concept

Definition of design style, mood and emotions the design shall evoke.
Development of project’s concept, aesthetic, colour palette, materials and central idea. Design concept presentation.

Step 3: Design Development

Space Planning and furniture distribution.
Lighting plan, ceilings, walls and floor coverings. Selection of colors, textures and materials.
Budget definition. 3D visualizations of chosen designs. Final design presentation and review. Sourcing trips possible at additional cost.

Step 4: Final Design

Completion of all technical drawings with necessary specifications and details, including elevations and sections. Finishes, Fixtures and Furniture (FFE) Schedule.

Step 5: Procurement and Construction

Project Management, site visits, supervision of design intent.
Supervision of procurement, shipment, delivery and installation.

Step 6: Installation and décor | Closure

Final touches and decoration.
Delivery of finished project to Client: the Big Reveal. Explanation of achievements and care of materials used. Demonstration of installations and usage.
